Hammond Glider Saw Handle/Manual

Howdy BPers. I bought a Hammond Glider Saw and it arrived damaged with the handle broken off and missing (see pics). Anyone have or know of an available replacement?

Also is there anyone with a Hammond Glider manual that would be willing to share a copy? I would pay to get one sent to me? It is a Model G-2 F but I would take any good manual.
