Hi All!
Just bought my first 10x15 C&P and it is really good condition, just needs a very thorough cleaning. No rust that I can see, which is great. Just wanted to get some opinions on what type of cleaners/solvents to use to clean up the metal and grease and which type of cleaners I should stay away from. Thanks in advance!
Just did the same thing, on a press that didn’t seem to have been wiped down since WW2. About half kerosene half acetone and a stiff brush worked pretty well.
