Not only all of the above. BUT…… John Horn will be bringing a trailer-load of cabinets and all manner of letterpress stuff up from Little Rock to sell at the swap meet. This should not be missed unless your are interested in travelng all the way to Little Rock to buy it.

John is downsizing his massive collection. In fact he has a web site to help him get the process started. go to: johnthetypesnob.com to see pictures and descriptions and be absolutely blown away!!!!!!

Also if you have something specific that you have always wanted, you might try to contact John and see if he will load it onto his trailer and brintg up for the swap meet on Saturday morning.

Sellers can set-up Friday evenng, but the swap meet will not be open to buyers until 8:00 a.m. on Saturday morning.

If you have letterpress things to sell, You can rent an 8-foot table for the swap meet for $10 each.

Rick

What’s happening on Thursday? I’m trying to plan when I get in the area Thursday or if I just show up Friday for the workshop. Thanks

THURSDAY we’ve defined as “Play Day”……come in and socialize with fellow printers and use any of the equipment (as long as you are qualified)——-bring your own project and print it——-hours are from 9 AM until early evening. *Bill

Just for the record: we don’t always shut down in the evening. If the paper is flying, and the ink is flowing, and the weather is good, we’ve been known to be open after midnight printing!!!! Bring a project to print, or even just bring an idea…..and lets print it!!!! Also there is camping on grounds with showers at $15 a night. Hope to see ya there!!! Steve

I should also mention that all of this is entirely inside a huge building. Printers’ Hall specifically is housed in a 1,500 sq. ft. space which is only a very small portion in the southeast corner of the building. Lots of additional open space just outside our interior walls, where some of the workshops and the swap meet will take place. We have people coming from Utah, Wyoming, Arkansas, Michigan, and Colorado as well as the states surrounding Iowa. Should be a fabulous swap meet. I do understand that some wood type will be available there. I never know exactly what will be brought but I have heard that there will be a 5x8 and 6x10 Kelsey press and a Model Press coming as well. The good stuff starts going quickly so be there at 8:00 a.m. Saturday when the doors open.

The doors should br open and the lights on until at least 9:00 p.m. on Thursday.
