Showcard Ayers-Jardine press - how much?
Hi all,
I’ve listed a Showcard press on ebay and had a couple of offers through, but I really have no idea what it’s worth.
I’m asking if anyone owns one, has bought one, sold one, can give me a rough idea of value. It’s bigger than an Adana 8x5 but not quite a proofing press, but other than that I’m not sure of value at all.
I’ve seen 8x5’s go for anything from 250 to 395, and I found an archived ebay listing from several year ago for £700, but that seems quite high?
Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
