Letterpress shop with Vandercook Universal 1 in St. Louis for sale. ̶$̶2̶4̶,̶0̶0̶0̶ Price lowered to $18,000!

It is with a heavy heart that we are putting our entire letterpress shop for sale. We have loved every minute of collecting, cleaning up, and using the shop but financial concerns have made us re-evaluate our priorities at this time. We are selling the contents of the entire shop as a whole; we cannot piece out anything. Over the last two years we have collected the following:

• Vandercook Universal 1 Proof Press
• 22 cases of wood type in sizes from 4 line to 30 line in a wooden cabinet
• 41 cases of lead type in sizes from 12pt to 60pt in 4 aluminum racks
• Additional cases of ornaments, stamps, leading, spacing, and metal furniture
• Bags of unsorted smaller lead type
• Furniture and wood thins
• Ink and cleaning fluid
• Quoins and keys
• Miscellaneous tools including, ink knives, brayers, pica scales, etc.
• Cabinets and racks for furniture and other miscellaneous bits and bobs

Local pickup is preferred but if you want to arrange packing and shipping we can help coordinate.

We are asking $18,000 for the entire lot.
