Vandercook #4 Proof Press, Decent Condition

1951 Vandercook #4 Proof Press. This is a rather clean unit, appears to have original paint and came from an engraving and signage company. This has been stored in a heated warehouse for a number of years.

The press will need some cleaning and polishing. I have a serviceable set of rubber rollers and a few sheets of tympan that I will include. The oscillating rollers are complete.

Weight: 1100 lb

I normally rebuild smaller letterpresses but have rebuilt a couple of the larger Vandercook presses and can help supply replacement rollers, etc. I would also consider doing the cleaning and replacement of the crescent, brass tongues, etc. for a reasonable amount.

The press is located at a commercial location and can be loaded but is not skidded. Skidding and shipping are available at cost. I am able to get shipping at reasonable rates. I would also be open to ground level delivery for a reasonable amount.
