I recently inherited a couple small, table top printing presses. One of them has Baltimorean No. 14 in raised lettering on the handle. I have no idea how old this machine is but would like to find out. I am looking for any information I can find on this press. Thanks.
Click on “Museum” on the Briar Press home page — it gives a history of Baltimorean presses. They came in several sizes, with no roller, one roller and two rollers. I think you have one of the larger ones.
