Small letterpress/hotfoil machine.

Hey Just wondering if anyone has any old, small machines lying around?I would like them to give to my cousin, who is 11 and has started his own business printing leather wristbands, and i thought a letterpress would be a great machine to do it with.I guess it could be a broken machine,but obviously a hot foiler would be ideal :)
I don’t mind paying a bit, and I’m based in south east england.
