Weight of C&P?

Does anyone know the approximate weight of an 8 x 12 old series Chandler & Price? I moved it very easily in a half-ton pickup truck.

should be around 1000 lbs… what did you use to move it?

Yeah… about 1000 lbs. 1/2 ton pickup should do the trick… but probably would cause big trouble trying to move a 10x15 or larger.

The old series doesn’t weight nearly as much as a new series, so probably 900-1000lbs is a very accurate estimate. We had a guy move one with a small Toyota (not the tundra but the smaller one). It was the max the truck could do!
