Help: Restoring Automatic Card Press

I have acquired a “Superior Automatic Card Press”, manufactured by S. B. Feuerstein, and would like to restore it to original condition. It is identical to the Automatic Card press in the briar press museum, except that the crank flywheel is larger. Although mine is all complete, it has been badly repainted. Does anyone have more information on the press in the museum? Is it also by Feuerstein?

Don’t really know too much about these presses, other than seeing a few over the years at different places. As I recall, there were basicaslly two manufacturers that made very similar-looking Automatic Card Presses. One was Feuerstein and the other was, I believe, Buffum.

They are really kind of cool to see “in action”.
