Letterpresses/paper cutter on craigslist-Need restoration

Ad reads:
“Own a piece of printing press history. I have four printing presses and one paper cutter in my commercial property that I am renovating (a former print shop). As an historian, I’d hate to scrap these vintage, and revolutionary, machines, even though they are rusted.
