Versicle & Response figures

Do any of the company here know if anyone has sorts available of the “versicle” and “response” figures once used in Roman and Anglican prayer books (example attached). I am looking for a face that either is or would closely match Italian Old Style (10 pt.) for a “Libella Praecorum” project. Any hints, suggestions would be much appreciated.
