Pantone Orange 021- rubber based ink
This ink shows in Pantone’s book as a “base” color. I buy from Van Son and they no longer “stock” it. So it’s 50 bucks for a “custom color”. Anyone have a workaround for this?

Generally you can mix rubber with rubber even across vendor lines since most formulations are nearly identical. I would check other lines like Gans Ink to see if they still sell pantone orange rubber and buy it there.
If you want to stick with Van Son, check distributors, (Boxcar Press, etc…) and see who still has it in stock and buy a can there.
