Heidelberg OHT heat plate

Hi everybody,
I am really new on letterpress art, and I am looking for different manual and automatic presses.
The chance is that I have a really good opportunity of buying a Heidelberg Tiegel with original foil stamping system (like the one of the first pic, it has the same foiling system).
The problem: there is no heat plate with the press (second pic). So, anybody knows where to buy the heat plate or the honeycomb? How much could it cost? I am from Spain, and I prefer an European supplier, but I could buy it overseas. It has to be compatible with the original Heidelberg connectors of the press and heating control unit.
Thank you in advance!
Lola

Hello Lola,

It might be an idea to check out with the printer that you buy this machine from, who he used to service it. Heidelberg has get a representative in Spain. It would be silly to order parts from outside Europe for a machine that was manufactured in Germany, by a company that still trades.
Here is the link to them: http://www.hartmann.es/magh/quiensomos/magh.html

Hi Lola,

This is an aside, but are by chance in Barcelona? I’m going to be visiting there in late October and would love the chance to meet other press people in the region.

Best,
Carrie

Thank you Thomas for your suggestion, I contacted them but the heat plate and cables are more expensive than the machine. I have found another machine with all the accesories for stamping.

Hi Carrie! I am from Madrid. Ifyou spent some time here, don’t hesitate, contact me and we could share free time.
