After some serious sweat, tears, and ink rolling my small letterpress venture is ready to expand. I am looking to acquire either a floor-model press (such as a C&P) or a larger sized table-top platen press. My price range is limited to about $700 to $1350.
The press I’m looking for doesn’t have to be completely refurbished and beautifully repainted. I’m more interested in finding a good, reliable work horse that will form the backbone of my workflow for years to come.
Why sell your press to me? I hold a BFA (University of Nebraska - 2005) and MFA (University of Minnesota - 2008) in printmaking and photography. I can guarantee that your press will find a good home in my studio where it will be used, maintained, loved, and preserved.
I’m based in Green Bay, Wisconsin, but am not opposed to traveling in the region to pick up the press.
