sticky green PVC to hold PP plates on washout

I have an Anderson Vreeland Stack Flexo. On washout, the back of the plate is stuck to some green/blue mat. I have been trying to find a source for this material. Any help would be most appreciated. Thank you.

Anderson Vreeland, they call it MATAC, But sit down before you ask how much.

Boxcarpress has a rubbermat which works fine, seal the edges with marine sealer.

Also, wash down the existing matac with vinegar I think, see Gerland Lange’s Blog at Bieler Press, he is an excellent resource on how to coax more life out of these things.
