Table top press or proof press

I am looking for a table top or proof press.

I am a fairly new letterpress person, and am looking for something in good working condition and reasonably priced. A package deal with starter supplies would be great, but not necessary.

I am located in Rhode Island and am willing to drive out of state for the right press.
