Nolan Proof Press Part

I purchased a vintage Nolan Proof Press with 18” roller; however, when it arrived one of the end plates was missing that houses the roller and two roller bearings. I cannot have the part machined nor can the USPS locate the missing part. I need either the end piece or a complete 18” roller assembly for the printing bed.
