Crane’s Paper

Hi guys, I have a question. Has anyone ever received a smashed corner in a carton of Crane’s Lettra?
My last 3 or 4 cartons have had damaged corners, my freight forwarder swears it wasn’t them, that it was probably FedEx, but I don’t know who should be responsible or if I should just suck it up.

Submit a damage claim with the delivery co.also contact the paper merchant you bought paper from. Unfortunately this is a common experience

Ask them to double carton it. I get all my Carbonless done this way. Saves on damage.

I have received paper with reinforced cardboard corners. Maybe from Talas, can’t remember but it is so simple for the shipper to do.
