Paper cutter

Hi! Looking to purchase a paper cutter to primarily cut down parent sheets (so between 20-26inches). Hydraulic or manual guillotine- I’m flexible as long as it operates well and cuts paper efficiently. I’m in North Carolina- must be available relatively nearby (300 miles from Raleigh), or able to ship (will work out freight shipping).

Not looking to spend a million dollars, just a small business here.
