Update: a new home has been found, thanks for all expressions of interest.
Old Style treadle platen, in excellent condition, two good rollers, main bearing in very good shape, lightly used in recent years and always scrupulously lubricated before use. Very straightforward to move as it is located up one short flight of wide external stairs, with good access through door. Free to the right home, i.e. someone who will use it to print, but must be removed during January 2015 and all moving arrangements must be made by new owner. This is non-negotiable. A small quantity of ancillary equipment and possibly some type also available. I am posting this on behalf of the family of the previous owner.
