Paul Schniedewend & Co. “Reliance” guillotine paper cutter. Made in Chicago, circa 1900, with a sharp blade and a cutting width of 25.5 inches. The cutter is in very good condition, and has been used regularly until recently by a long-time Chicago-area business. Pick-up only, in Northbrook, Illinois. $400.
