Chase for “Jewel” rail press

I’m hoping to find a replacement chase for a little tabletop rail press. The only markings I’m aware of are “Jewel” on the left side of the rail, as shown in the photos (I haven’t seen the press in person yet, but I’m planning to buy it if I can find or make a chase).

Any general info about this press would also be much appreciated.
