19” Challenge Advance Paper Cutter

Challenge Advance 19” paper cutter with 2 extra blades.

Previously welded, but has held up without any issue. Since I have owned it (the past 10 years) It has always been used and stored inside an air conditioned space.

Currently stored on a furniture dolly; easy to move.
