Mystery 10 x 15 chase, with notches in the top & bottom.

Internal dimensions are 10x15
Outside dimensions are 12-7/8 x 17-1/4

I’m not sure what type of press it fits, and would love to know more if anyone can identify it (even if you don’t want it).
