Virkotype Monogram 60pt outline characters

Trying to complete a couple of my monogram sets. Anyone out there have Virkotype monogram ATF 60 pt outline characters. Attached is the specimen from atf book. I have extras in many but need the following letters to complete. B (left), H (middle), M (right), P (middle), W (left) plus any frames or tint blocks.

I also have incomplete sets of tinted and outline in 48 and 36 pt.
