Typeface Identification on Hamilton’s Art Nouveaux Border Specimen Sheet

Hi everyone.

I would like some help identifying the typeface that Hamilton used for the page header and other support copy to the wood border it describes on this specimen sheet (and others) from around 1905. Any help is appreciated.
