Why not just buy a new one locally? You can order the type of rule and height you want. A used die with shipping, would cost, I imagine, at least half, if not close to the new one? Then you would have a new one. Order extra rule for it at a very reduced price. Just be sure to replace the rule in the correct order. (this would be determined by the die maker).
Either the horizontals, or the verticals will have a little tiny “tooth” extending out at the cutting edge. This is to match and fit the bevel of the rule it butts up to at the corner. This is to provide a very tight fit giving you a clean cut with no knicks at the corners. Pulling the wrong rule first breaks the tooth off.
Repeat. Well this hasn’t happened for a while.
