Monotype Welliver CompCAT - Website not working?

(Update: The issue was resolved). I’ve been researching the CompCAT system designed by Bill Welliver. I found the website “bill.welliver.org” it was working previously, but for the past few days it doesn’t seem to be loading, which is unfortunate.

Is anyone on here familiar with the website? Perhaps you know the person who manages it? The website probably needs to be fixed.

Is there any material on other websites - manuals, instruction books etc. that I should be aware of? I want to study and learn the CompCAT system. Thank you.
