Help Identify

My professor at my school has tasked us with identifying this specimen since she has not been able to. I have come super close, but still have not been able to find specifically what it is. Type that is similar is French Clarendon, Joy Grot, and AWT gothic condensed no 550. My professor is certain it is not Hamilton and has only found one other collection containing this exact type, but they also have no manufacturing stamp. Please help me!
