In New Haven, Connecticut, we have a 1966 Vandercook SP-15. It’s in obscenely good condition. When the current owner bought it, it was still on its original shipping pallet—and then it was hardly used over the next 45 years or so. The rub is that it’s on the second floor of a nice house. They got it up the stairs once. You and a team of professionals will need to figure out how to get it down the stairs, past the dish of Hershey’s Kisses, and out the door without making a mess.
And now to the business part: The price is $14,000. We will not ship. You must collect it yourself. Our preference (and the preference of the owner) is that the press go to a printer and not an institution.
