Rule and lead cutter
Hi all
I have acquired a old rule cutter.
It Says Little Giant on one side of handle. Then the model printing press co London, on the other.
I thought it was American possibly golding but i guess it’s English? Works fine but I believe there are a couple of pieces missing? Any one got any information on it?
