Complete print shop for sale Central Iowa

Due to health concerns I have decided that I need to pass on some of my projects to someone that can bring them to their full glory.
I have a building in central Iowa that was newspaper at one time. Planned on moving some of my letterpress equipment there and setting up print shop.
Equipment includes a Meihle grasshopper press, Kludge 10x15 press, several C&P presses, ludlow, 2 intertypes and one Linotype, challenger hyd paper cutter, light table, misc folding machines, etc.
120 plus drawers of type, ludlow molds, dozen plus Intertype/Linotype magazines, 2 racks.
Really would like to sell entire building and contents to someone that would like to start a small print shop.
