I got to assist John Coffer print raffle tickets
I attended the Jamboree at Camp Tintype this year (first weekend August 2025). I had purchased a tabletop letterpress this past winter and got it up and running. I had made it a point that I wanted to ask John for a tour of his print shop this trip. After getting my gear set up I was chatting with some new/old friends and was thinking next stop ask John for the tour when he walked up to me and asked me if I could help him run his press while he inked it for the run of raffle tickets.
Serendipity…
I got to assist and chat for a while. I also got to see how the numbering machines worked.
