Help with polymer platemaker from Yositani

I have a platemaker called Platemaker MT-A3 made by Yositani & Co., Ltd. It has a vertical washer, basically a large steel plate that can be pulled up from the top of the machine. In this model, the brush itself rotates. I have never used this model before, and I’m wondering how I can attach the exposed plastic-backed polymer plates to the steel plate of the washer in this machine. I was hoping that there might be some reusable adhesive mat/sheet or something similar that can be attached to the steel plate in the washer. I have not found a good solution and was hoping someone in this community has a good suggestion.

Maybe check with Anderson Vreeland? They sell polymer plate machines and theirs have the washup plate covered with like..a rubbery, slightly tacky material. The plates stick to it and sort of seal like..well, like a window cling sticks to a window or something of that sort.

Anyway, I have a foggy memory of knowing someone who needed to recover their washup plate and they were able to get their hands on a sheet of just that rubbery material. I think if you could attach it to your metal plate, you’d be able to stick your polymer plates to and wash away!
