Smyth New Model National Book Sewing machine

Does anyone have documentation to a Smyth book sewing machine? I just purchased a “The New Model National” ca. 1925 and would appreciate any information or documentation, even to different machine of similar vintage. Thank you in advance.

I think that the San Francisco Center for the Book (sfcb.org) may have one or something similar, check with them.

I have a Smyth book, and just pulled it out as I’m moving so I’m going through everything.

I’ll have to find a way to scan it. I believe it’s ring bound.

The American Bookbinders Museum, also in SF, has the older Smyth Improved No. 3 Book Sewing Machine, but I don’t see related reference material in their online catalog.
