Hamilton Drafting Table

I am hoping this community can help me find what I need to repair this wonderful drafting table that I picked up for $25 at an auction. It is is great shape other than some scratches in the top that I can live with and the fact that the top is not attached to the base.

It has the side parts on the base that hold the table up but is basically missing the hinge attachments. I’m not sure if these can be found or bought anywhere or not. My other solution is to put a steel piano hinge in place instead but that’s my last resort if I can’t find more suitable parts.

I found this image of someone else’s (similar model I think) table and what the hinge assembly looks like.
