LEADING FOR SALE: 1pt, 2pt, 3pt, a few slugs in a variety of sizes. $1.00 per pound + USPS Priority Flat Ship or $.65 per pound when you come and get it. I’m in the process of sorting out ~3,500 lbs in all sizes, so if you need leading, let me know what you’re looking for and I’ll get a batch put together for you.
This comes out of the Inland Printing press shop in Walla Walla which operated from 1918 until the 1990’s. Pick-up is on Main Street in Waitsburg, Washington, in the US. $10 for the galley tray (Hamilton Steel, 13.125” x 9 standard, clean condition) it’s sitting on if you need storage. Most trays are averaging ~25 lbs fully loaded to give you a sense of weight.
US Domestic USPS Prepaid Flat Rate Shipping ranges from $13.65 to $34.00, though the large box is pretty impossible to fill and still be a weight I can drag to the Post Office. 53 lbs is my all-time record for USPS safe delivery of letterpress materials, but I prefer to go lighter.
All orders are prepaid (Credit/Debit), and I invoice by email and/or text once I’ve confirmed that I have what you want. Venmo or Paypal is also fine. Once payment clears my bank, I get it packed and on the way or arrange pick-up.
