I’ve been reading the boards for the best possible product that is safe and does not stink. What brand of mineral spirits are people using and is it safe to use it on rubber rollers, photopolymer and press?

You would want to use odorless mineral spirits as a press wash (the xylene and toulene [sp?]) have been removed (smells better at the very least).
I would not use this to clean photopolymer plates though. You should either use a traditional plate or type wash for this. Probably the cheapest and best you will find is Coleman Lantern Fuel (also smells better).
Both of these products are readily available in hardware stores, they are not going to go away, they have been conditioned for the home market, and they are, compared to the available printing products, not only dirt cheap, but effective and not detrimental.
