Do you mean a font of ornaments? If so you might check out the online catalogue for M&H Type in San Francisco. Generally fonts don’t come with ornaments, and all fonts have designs on them, the alphabet (though they tend to vary from language to language).

I think what you are possibly talking about is piece borders
that come in various sizes with designs on them just like types. I sell some of these and have sheets showing same.
