Does anyone have photos of their 8x12 C&P (new style) for reference purposes? I’m trying to reassemble my press. I bought mine completely disassembled (easy to move) and have restored it and wish to put it back together and need images to see what goes where. Any help would be much appreciated. Thank you.
Not too many pieces will go together more than one way, so it shouldn’t be too hard. There are detailed drawings and a parts list on the Boxcar Press web site: http://www.boxcarpress.com/community/manuals/cp-newseries-parts-list.pdf
Scroll down to the bottom of the PDF to see the assembled drawings. The parts that can go on more than one way include the back shaft and the throw-off saddle assembly.
Where are you? Maybe there’s someone near that can assist.
