Hello, the serial number on a Golding Map press #12 we are refurbishing is 1628A. Can anyone help by identifying the date of manufacture?

For those wondering … Steve Saxe provided the manufacture date as August 15, 1913. It is indeed an Official 12, 8.25 X 12.5 … stationary platen press. Thanks Steve.
