Typesetting/Printing Classes?

I was curious is anyone knows of any shops in the southwest (NM ideally) that teach letterpress? Or even if any individuals in the area would be willing to share their knowledge with an eager beginner.

I have access to a Vandercook No.2 Proof Press but have very limited knowledge on how to use it correctly. I only have second hand knowledge and would like to be taught properly by someone who has experience printing.

Check with Tom Leech at the Museum of New Mexico Palace of Governors Print Shop in Santa Fe. If he doesn’t offer classes he’ll know who does. They are 19th Century though — I don’t think there is a Vandercook in that shop! ;-)
