Triumph 4700- good price?

Hoping someone can tell me if $400 is a fair price for a used Triumph 4700 cutter? It has a stand and extra blade, and is said to work well. It is a 2 hour drive from me, but one which I would gladly make to replace my inaccurate QCM 8200.Thanks!

It’s been replaced by the 4705 I believe. Seems like a good deal to me if they’re as good as people have said. Seems like all the small letterpress shops I know manage to find decent vintage ones.
