Hi,
I am new to all this..I am in the process of starting a side hot foil business.. I’m not sure if I’m in the right group but it seemed to have the most talk about “type”.. I am in the research phase right now with hopes of buying a Howard machine very shortly.. Hope I can learn from all of you!

You may be in luck. There will be a Foil Stamping Workshop offered on Wednesday and Thursday, June 20 and 21 at Mt. Pleasant, Iowa, which is in the southeast corner of Iowa and hopefully not too far from you. Same workshop both days so you can choose one or the other. The cost is a modest $20.
This is all in conjunction with the Annual Amalgamated Printers’ Association Wayzgoose to be held there June 20-23. There are a variety of workshops offered on Wednesday and Thursday.
