can you identify this press?

Hi,

I’m following an auction about this press on a web site. But the seller didn’t provide so much information about the press. Just this very bad pictures. I think it is a American N.8 but the lever does not seem to be the original, or differs from what I’ve seen in other photos.

What do you say?
And how much do you pay for it?
