removing old ads

When I follow through the instructions on How to remvoe an ad. it does not work. 1st I log in. 2nd. under Recent Content I click on the ad I want to remove. 3rd on the top left under Options I click on Edit, then after making any adjustments, i scroll to the bottom of the page and it says “Submit”. According to the directions it should read Submit or Delete but it does not. What is the problem???? Frustrated!

I’m sorry to hear this. This problem affects people occasionally and we’re still not sure why.

Would you please send us a screen image of the bottom of the page, where you expect to find the Submit / Delete buttons? That might help me figure it out.
