The name of the typeface is Siegfried. It was made by Wilhelm Woellmer’s Schriftgeiserei (type foundry) in Berlin around 1900. I found the information in the Dover Books reprint entitled Treasury of Authentic Art Nouveau Alphabets by Ludwig Petzendorfer, originally published as Schriftenatlas about 1900. If you have a font of this, congratulations. If not, good luck finding one. The Dover book shows a complete alphabet, upper and lower case, though the sample shown is slightly condensed from the sample you have.
