Help!! WindMill Press Registration.

Hi all- I have a terrible problem with die cut registration. Registration for ink is perfect. I’m using brass guides with the rectifier. (card stock 350-400g) The paper sits on the brass guides but is moving about every 6-7th cut. I’m running at the slowest speed. If I pass the paper 2 times through the press it seems to move a few millimeters left or right. Not always reaching the break or rebounding. Any suggestions??

sometimes if your side guide is all the way to the left your stock could bounce a little, I would back up the die in the chase and move that side guide to the middle of the adjustment.

I wanted to ask if there is a problem using nickel guides with the cutting plate? or can the brass guides interfere with the small feet at the bottom of the plate??
