Identify this guillotine cutter?
Anyone able to identify this model? The adjustment wheel is different than most of the C&P 19” bench models I have seen online.
As far as I can tell, Samuel Stephens was a Boston print supplier - I imagine if I pulled off the plate, there would be another stamping underneath it, but I am reluctant to pull if off because its very firmly affixed, the screws are a bit sketchy, and it looks nice!
